Max’s Thanksgiving Dinner for Bloggers

Can’t believe I’m just posting this now and without photos! R brought the camera to NZ so I’m left with my trusty mobile phone to take pictures, but haven’t had the time to transfer the photos I took from the event yet.

I was quite ecstatic when I got the invite for this. I was actually surprised that they contacted me, then I remembered having made a fuzz out of this on my Facebook account and blog since I love chicken so much! I’ve been a fan of Max’s spring chicken since the dawn of time. :D

We were greeted and treated like royalties by the Max’s marketing and service staff by giving us freebies like a cool fan that can be twisted, a Chicky hat, a box of yummy, custom design cake and of course, let us have all the chicken we can eat (I had 4 thigh parts!) plus their two new dishes, Binagoongan and Chicken Caldereta.

It was also nice to have mingled with fellow bloggers. I think this is the first official blogger event I have been invited to. I didn’t get the chance to meet everyone, but I was seated in a table with Kumiko of LovingSunshine.com, Allen of Silkenhut.com and Ms.Annalyn of Annalyn.net. I also had the chance to chat a bit with the trio from CertifiedFoodies.com, Maimai, Kenneth and Mhel, who was gracious enough to share the list of blogger attendees.

Here’s some link love for those who attended:

Leanne of Couch Wasabi
Richard of Tales From the Tummy
Jeff Aspacio of Life as Experienced DailyMarriage and Beyond
Jenn Aspacio of Marriage and BeyondKikay Corner
Ryan from Kain Pinoy
